Mobtex Limited in a nutshell is me, Andy Moore. I'm web developer who's specialist field is mobile media, ringtones and mobile phone downloads. My background is radio broadcasting and I've been involved either on or off air at a few stations. I made the move from programming radio to programming websites and a few years down the line I've gone it alone and started Mobtex.
I don't produce mobile media, there's no way I could with my musical skills! It's outsourced from recording studios, industry leaders and innovators. This allows me to focus on website promotion, customer support, improving the site and finding new affiliates.

Secretariat Business Services Limited formed the company on my behalf and are employed to act as Company Secretary and also as our Registered Office address.
Mobtex Limited is insured by Blythe Valley with underwriting by Hiscox. Our Policy covers us for Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Employers Liability.

We are licenced to sell ringtones by the MCPS PRS Alliance, we pay 15% of the sale value as royalties to MCPS and PRS who in turn pass this to the copyright holders. (If you are a record label and would like to me remove an item of content please just provide proof you are who you say you are and I'll happily oblige. I'll also request an opportunity to deal direct with you to obtain licence to your content.)
Mobtex Limited is regulated by and adhere to the standards set out by ICSTIS, the premium rate services regulator. We do not operate any clubs or subscription based services, we do not sell, lease, rent or send unsolicited SMS or email. SPAM sucks, I hate it and don't want to be a part of it.
